Kearney, People Experience Senior Coordinator - ME, Dubai Office

About the job 

As the People Experience Senior Coordinator for our Dubai office, you will be the key ambassador and primary point of contact for elements related to People experience as we aim to fulfill our EVP promise to our consultants. This might include topics around staffing needs, leave co-ordination, well-being, and overall employee experience etc.

You will establish regular checkpoints with consultants in the designated practice, to discuss their growth aspirations and Staffing options, while fulfilling various business needs. That also includes tracking their leaves in collaboration with HR/Talent and Staffing, coordinate the reporting and action on the &frankly project feedback, in collaboration with stakeholders (HR, Staffing, Talent etc), participate in the staffing programs, PEX and firm building initiatives as assigned by the PEX Manager and support Talent Committee during the Performance reviews. You will also support in the development of leadership insights reports enabling data driven decisions on people topics.

Key responsibilities 

People Care and Engagement focus

Consultants’ checkpoints:

          Be the primary liaison between consultants, Staffing and HR for all issues impacting their experience and engagement. Gain a deeper business understanding of consultants’ context within their projects to enable tailored support and faster interventions.

          MC coaching: supporting experience journey (hire to retire). Conduct the touchpoints and capture key insights in the database, gather context and advice on specific staffing considerations.

          Manage the MC leave (annual leave, LOA, leave + float days)

          Report on findings to Staffing department for Staffing needs and report to HR/Talent for sickness, wellbeing, and long-term career perspective, required actions. Provide update/coordinate with Project/Practice leadership on specific cases.

          Work closely with HR & Staffing to ensure full alignment on the development needs of consultants, rotations, etc. Record, validate and confirm veto requests. Identify rotation cases and highlight them to staffing.

          Address Wellbeing and Mental Health related concerns and leverage available resources and offerings to support.

          Leverage feedback channels to drive engagement.

          Coordinate initiatives through firm building streams.

Project support:

       Ensure visibility of feedback received from projects and the Practice (&frankly, GES), consolidate and debrief with leadership, recommend interventions in alignment with PEX Manager.

       Input to PEX / Staffing/ HR/ Talent / DEI on &frankly feedback with proposed actions.

       Ensure that specific needs identified eg. staffing needs are implemented in a timely manner.

       Support the preparation of the talent reviews twice a year with projects insights.

       Discuss with HR/Talent and Staffing team consultant related topics and inform any performance difficulties or personal needs to ensure team alignment.

       Seek regular updates on expectations / performance / development needs with mentors and partners.

Engagement:

       Collaborate with Project and Practice Ambassadors to share data, escalate where needed and provide support.

       Offer best practices and tools for resolution.

       Track and follow up on the practice driven initiatives (GES, &frankly)

&frankly Coordination:

       Drive the effective utilisation of &frankly survey, report and analyze results to discuss with the PLs (for designated practice), HR and Staffing, highlighting Project tensions and consultants’ wellbeing on projects.

       Follow escalation path and report insights and outcomes to the leadership.  Provide consolidated data points to the PEX/ Talent/HR/Staffing Leadership and Project/Practice leadership. 

       Propose team interventions when needed.

       Maintain a regular case management log to track challenges, interventions, and outcomes.

Leave Management:

       Monitor both offline & online leave processes/enquiries. 

       Provide relevant information to Staffing, HR & other stakeholders to ensure proper alignment.

       Ensure adherence to internal guidelines & policies are followed with exceptions flagged to relevant stakeholders.

       Develop and implement tracking reports & analysis.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

       Conduct PEX onboarding training session for new joiners and necessary support.

       Conduct exit interviews and report key insights.

Performance reviews support:

       Participate in Performance reviews with Talent Committee and provide insights and context to specific cases identified eg. Performance roll offs, Wellbeing issues, challenging project context.

       Actively engage with Global staffing team, Global People Care team.

Who you are

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or finance is preferred.
  •  Have 3+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment dealing with people, employees, or business stakeholders.
  • Possess a mix of business sense, HR and consulting industry understanding.
  • Have experience with engagement, coaching, people care combined with analytical mindset are preferred for this role.
  • Have the ability to engage with senior level stakeholders and to operate in a high-pressure environment maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Have proficiency in MS Office package; Excel is a must, Power point presentation skills.
  •  Are fluent in English (written and spoken).
