Qualifications

Who you are 

If you’re reading this, you’re smart enough to already know what we’re looking for. Insightful, yes. Inquisitive, naturally. Collaborative, of course. But we’re also looking for problem-solvers who think further than that, who don’t accept the first thing in front of them, and who are always unapologetically themselves. 

This business is fundamentally about making connections—between facts, figures, insights, strategies, tools, technologies and above all, people. That’s why we expect you to be: 

• Analytically inclined and love solving problems 

• Ready to share your ideas and opinions as soon as you join a team

• One to 4 years of experience in your chosen field and hold an undergraduate or non-MBA advanced degree (technical, analytics or engineering Masters strongly preferred)

• Based out of or willing to relocate to one of the following locations: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, New York, San Francisco, Toronto or Washington, D.C.

• Fluent in English

Practice Preferences

You are eligible for the four practices below. During your application you will have the option to pick your ranking of the practices below.

General Practice: Generalist role with no practice alignment. The senior BA role is the second consultant level position (following our entry level business analyst role) and will work across industries and functions without specializing. All consultants are expected to specialize by the senior associate/manager level.

Analytics: The senior analytics analyst role is the second consultant level position (following our entry level analytics role) in our Analytics practice, under the broader umbrella of Strategic Operations. Consultants who join the analytics team will work across industries. Candidates with a strong interest or background in analytics should consider this role.

ATI: The ATI senior analyst role is the second consultant level position (following our entry level business analyst role) aligned to our Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, Transportation, Travel, Industrial Products, and Infrastructure practice. Consultants who join the ATI team will work across these industries though no two client engagements in the ATI practice are identical. Candidates with a strong interest or background in the industries listed above should consider this role. 

Strategic Operations: The senior Strategic Operations analyst role is the second consultant level position (following our entry level analyst role) aligned to our Strategic Operations practice. Consultants who join the Strategic Operations team will work across industries. Candidates with a strong interest or background in operations (plan, make, source or deliver) should consider this role.
