As a Kinaxis Solution Architect within Kearney Activate in the Connected Planning Practice you will lead the design and implementation of advanced supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Maestro. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable, high performing planning solutions that drive measurable value.

You will play a pivotal role in guiding solution and technical consultants through configuration and build activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and implementation methodologies. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of supply chain strategy, data, and technology, helping organizations modernize planning capabilities and realize the full value of their digital investments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end Kinaxis Maestro implementations from discovery and solution design through build, testing, go live, and value realization

     

  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather configuration requirements across supply chain networks, processes, and objectives

     

  • Translate business needs into detailed Kinaxis Maestro design specifications aligned with industry trends and best practices

     

  • Assign configuration tasks and oversee solution build activities, ensuring quality and adherence to established methodologies

     

  • Resolve complex data and analytical challenges to ensure solutions produce accurate and reliable planning outcomes

     

  • Provide oversight of data management and integration activities, including source system transformation, data loading into Maestro, data validation, and cleanup

     

  • Support quality assurance activities including unit testing, end to end testing, and user acceptance testing

     

  • Assess project performance and document lessons learned to strengthen institutional knowledge and continuous improvement

     

  • Mentor and coach junior team members in solution design, model configuration, and implementation best practices

     

  • Partner with business development teams to identify follow on opportunities, support scoping of new projects, and contribute to growth initiatives

Who You Are

  • You have 10 or more years of experience implementing advanced supply chain planning solutions such as Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, E2Open, or similar platforms

     

  • You have deep functional design and implementation experience with Kinaxis Maestro

     

  • You have led at least five full lifecycle implementations including requirements gathering, solution design and development, testing, go live and cutover, hypercare, and value realization

     

  • You bring strong expertise in supply chain planning principles including demand planning, inventory management, S and OP, performance metrics, and optimization strategies

     

  • You are knowledgeable in software architecture principles, model design, configuration best practices, and technical delivery oversight

     

  • You have strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical requirements and deliver effective solutions

     

  • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator with experience working in Agile environments

     

  • You are certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or have completed all requirements for certification

Base Salary: Starting at $130k
. It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.  In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
