As a Business Analyst at Kearney, you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each client’s unique needs, projects can differ in length, size, and location, giving you unique, hands-on experiences across a range of industries and service practices.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the success of projects by completing tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.
Support project workstreams and teams as you work alongside clients to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions.
Assist the firm’s business development through generating proposals.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.
Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.

General Practice: Our general practice allows our junior consultants to gain experience across functions prior to selecting a practice alignment, which typically occurs by the senior associate or manager level.
Digital & Analytics (D&A): As technological shifts continue to disrupt industry, our clients face challenges that demand pragmatism, innovation, and a relentless focus on results. Our recently combined Digital and Analytics practice is uniquely positioned to address these challenges by helping clients think better, build better, and scale better. Strategic Operations: The Strategic Operations analyst role is the entry level position aligned to our Strategic Operations practice. Consultants who join the Strategic Operations team will work across industries. Candidates with a strong interest or background in operations (plan, make, source or deliver) should consider this role.

Candidates interested in North American offices (Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.) will have virtual first round interviews on September 17 and September 18, 2025. Final round interviews will be held on September 26, 2025 virtually. If you are invited to first round interviews, you will receive a notice from a Kearney recruiter to schedule your interview.
