As a Junior Associate, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of the Kearney Operations System (KOS).
Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work alongside our clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment.
Through unique hands-on experiences, you will broaden your knowledge across a breadth of topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm. Responsibilities:
- Consulting engagements on supply chain planning, inventory optimization, Network Optimization and other supply chain related topics
- Supporting supply chain engagements both in India and globally covering
- Digital supply chain, driving automation and transparency
- Increasing throughput, reducing inventory & reducing operating expenses
- Designing and implementing solutions/tools increasing operational efficiency
- Aligning planning with market demand
- Improving requirement predictability, lowering inventory, decreasing logistics cost
- Building a supply chain that runs on auto mode
- Activate Replenishment solution at each supply & receiving node
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or MBA from tier 1/2 school (preferably NITIE, SJMSOM, SPJIMR)
- Work experience of 3-5 years on Supply Chain topics
- Experience in supply chain consulting, especially with international companies, is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of working with supply chain planning and optimization tools such as Llamasoft, o9, Kinaxis, OMP, Optano is a plus
- Comfortable with analysis of large data sets
- Proficient in using excel and macros for analysis. Use of analytical tools (like PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau) is a plus
