Kearney is looking for an analytically inclined individual to join our multinational Staffing Operations team. The key role of the team is to maximize the utilization of the consultants and to contribute to their development, at the same time providing the best support for our clients.

Key responsibilities

-        Manage the full consulting staffing cycle by identifying and assigning appropriate consultants to support all billable and non-billable work

-        Assist in the monthly preparation of the unit revenue forecast

-        Coordinate job code openings, assist with ensuring proper revenue recognition

-        Support the capacity management process

-        Assist in the analysis and reporting of weekly results

-        Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders

-        Assist in data entering and tracking of key information across different internal tools

-        Contribute to continuous long-term improvements to the staffing and operations processes

-        Actively engage with other departments like HR and with other regions in the firm

-        Are organized fluent in English and proficient in Polish

-        Have Analytical background, ability to accurately run reporting and analysis

-        Rely on strong communication skills

-        Have a blend of business acumen and financial comprehension

-        Have proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must); SAP an advantage

-        Are a self-starter; quick learner and energetic team player

-        Have minimum undergraduate degree
