Who you are

If you’re reading this, you’re smart enough to already know what we’re looking for. Insightful, yes. Inquisitive, naturally. Collaborative, of course. This business is fundamentally about making connections— between facts, figures, insights, strategies, tools, technologies, and above all, people. That’s why we expect you to be:

• A proven record of academic excellence
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
• An innovative and collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Natural self-direction, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and learn quickly
• Eagerness to collaborate, coach, mentor, and help others grow professionally
• Education: Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics and Engineering; Currently studying the IESE MBA
• Languages: Excellent communication in English, local language of the applied office will be a requirement (Middle East accepts English as main language)
• Experience: At least 3-4 years success in a rigorous environment, such as a global company or consulting firm, investment Banking or other relevant industry/functional experience.

Interview process

Candidates will have virtual and/or in person first-round interviews from January 7th 2025 onwards, as established per IESE's guidelines. If you are invited to first round interviews, you will receive a notice from a Kearney recruiter to schedule your interview
