Job Description

Kearney is searching for a motivated and reliable candidate to join our team in Prague. We welcome applications from students at any stage of their academic journey, including those in their first year of study.  Candidates who are interested in long-term cooperation, will be given preference.

Key responsibilities

––     Being responsible for opening and preparing the reception area each morning

––     Ensure adherence to established telephone handling guidelines on a daily basis

––     Answer all incoming calls to reception promptly

––     Assign temporary office space or conference rooms to visitors/employees

––     Coordinate car service and parking requests, as well as taxi requests

––     Provide general office support across all staff levels, including printing, binding, service coordination, and document shredding

––     Manage daily mail distribution

––     Provide travel and visa support

––     Oversee and maintain the office cleaning and maintenance schedule

Key Requirements

––     Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor; able to communicate effectively across all levels

–       Open-minded, service-oriented and team player 

–       Excellent organizational and communication skills

–       Highly reliable and trustworthy

–       Confident, flexible, with high attention to details

–       Knowledge of other MS Office programs

–       Fluency in Czeck and Slovak, plus English
