Job Description

The CEE Recruiting Intern will work closely with the CEE Recruiting Lead and local Recruiting Coordinator, on day-to-day needs, including scheduling and coordination of interviews, ad-hoc reports, advertising and tracking open positions, maintaining electronic files, and tracking data into the internal applicant tracking system. You will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original. 
The position in based in our office in Warsaw, Poland.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing support in recruiting activities across Central Eastern Europe (Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia): screening potential candidates in the local markets, scheduling interviews etc.
  • Being involved in organizing local and unit-wide recruiting events together with the recruiting team
  • Managing applicant tracking system (Taleo) and recruiting event platform (Yello) throughout the recruitment process

  • Are student or fresh graduate
  • Are fluent in Polish and English
  • Have knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience in using Taleo, Yello or other similar systems is an advantage
  • Possess strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Are highly motivated and proactive team player who is eager to learn and develop
  • Are a highly reliable and trustworthy person
  • Are confident, flexible and with high attention to details
