The CEE Recruiting Intern will work closely with the CEE Recruiting Lead and local Recruiting Coordinator, on day-to-day needs, including scheduling and coordination of interviews, ad-hoc reports, advertising and tracking open positions, maintaining electronic files, and tracking data into the internal applicant tracking system.

Key responsibilities
- Providing support in recruiting activities across Central Eastern Europe (Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia): screening potential candidates in the local markets, scheduling interviews etc.
- Being involved in organizing local and unit-wide recruiting events together with the recruiting team
- Managing applicant tracking system (Taleo) and recruiting event platform (Yello) throughout the recruitment process

We want to hear from you if you:
- Are student or fresh graduate
- Are fluent in Polish and English
- Have knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in using Taleo, Yello or other similar systems is an advantage
- Possess strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Are highly motivated and proactive team player who is eager to learn and develop
- Are a highly reliable and trustworthy person
- Are confident, flexible and with high attention to details
