Who Are We?
Prokura is a leading young consultancy company within Procurement and Supply Chain Management located in Denmark, Norway, Germany, UK, Japan and now France. We are approximately 100 consultants that are experts in these areas. Our projects range from strategy to direct optimization including procurement organization setup, category optimization and fast-impact bottom-line support (RAPID). What You’ll do
- Actively participate in issue identification within your workstream and drive problem-solving processes with senior colleagues.
- Show a basic understanding of strategic operation processes, tools and concepts.
- Delegate minor tasks to clients and manage quality expectations.
- Show ability to work effectively with external stakeholders and develop strong relationships with key clients.
- Take ownership for advocating and promoting Prokura values and culture within projects and the wider office.
- Show strong personal drive and take process ownership of your work by scoping own time and meeting deadlines.
- Take ownership of personal development, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to build personal skills and brand.
- Practice decision-making regarding your own work and respond positively to feedback by understanding oneself to set and achieve own goals.
- Strengthen the fundamentals to thrive as a consultant, for example; communication, Excel, PowerPoint and Alteryx.
Who You Are
- Excellent academic records within a bachelor’s degree from a leading University
- Interested in Procurement/Supply Chain topics.
- Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving.
- Great personal and interpersonal attributes (e.g., results-oriented and a performance-oriented work style, creativity, entrepreneurial qualities)
- Ambitious, motivated, high-energy personality with a collaborative working style
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in French and English – both written and oral – other languages nice to have.
