Job Description

As a Marketing Intern, you will support a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and the broader European region. From content creation and social media management to event support, digital marketing, and reporting, you will work closely with experienced colleagues while gaining practical exposure to all aspects of modern corporate communications and marketing operations.  The Marketing Intern will work closely with the CEE Marketing Lead based in Bucharest, supporting a wide range of marketing and communications activities across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Content & Communications

      Support the planning, creation, and publication of social media content across Kearney channels

      Contribute to internal and external communications campaigns, from research and content development to publication

      Assist in preparing LinkedIn content like copies and visuals

      Help maintain and update website content and digital assets

Digital Marketing

      Support the use of marketing and CRM and workflow management tools such as Salesforce, Vuture, and Asana

      Assist in developing and adapting marketing materials for digital channels

Events & Marketing Operations

      Support the planning and execution of local and regional events

      Prepare event materials, presentations, invitations, and follow-up communications

      Help coordinate marketing projects by tracking deadlines, updating tasks, and following up with stakeholders

       Provide support on ad hoc marketing initiatives

Reporting & Analytics

      Track and monitor social media, PR, and campaign performance metrics

      Support the preparation of marketing reports and performance summaries

      Assist with data collection and analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness

Key Requirements

      Final-year student or recent graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field

      Fluency in Romanian and English languages; additional language skills are considered an advantage

      Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

      Familiarity with project management, CRM, or marketing tools is considered an advantage

      Strong written and verbal communication skills

      Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

      Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

      Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team

      Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

      Positive attitude, flexibility, and a high level of ownership
