Who You Are

·       Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar, with a proven record of academic excellence. Master’s degree highly valued

·       Proven experience in consulting or advisory environments, solving complex, ambiguous client problems.

·       Experience in purchasing and supply chain management

·       Exceptional analytical rigor and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.

·       Ability to apply data, analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to improve procurement, operations, and capital project outcomes.

·       Ability to excel in high-performance, multi-disciplinary teams and engage senior stakeholders.

·       A strong ownership mindset and entrepreneurial drive to build impact in a fast-growing regional platform.

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent in Spanish and English for our Madrid office).
