Position: Office Assistant – part time (30hrs / week)

Copenhagen

What You'll do

  • Maintain office tidiness, set up/clear catered meals and fruit/snacks as well as Friday morning breakfasts, prepare meeting rooms, manage post/packages, fill up/empty dishwasher, clean and calibrate coffee machine, make sure office environment looks organized and professional throughout the day
  • Act as the receptionist, handle visitors, couriers, and calls.
  • Assist with purchasing office supplies and groceries and coordinate with landlords, IT support, and suppliers. Run various errands related to the office.
  • Contribute to social activities and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Support with various light admin and general office enquiries.
  • Ensure storage rooms are kept neat and organized

Who You Are:

  • Service-minded and enjoy hands-on tasks.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a structured, proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills as well as ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive and social by nature.

This is a part-time Office Assistant position (30hrs / week) based in our Copenhagen office, starting in mid-August. Working hours are within standard office hours and your physical presence is expected every weekday. (Early start Fridays at 07:45.)
