Quais são os critérios básicos para participação no processo seletivo deste semestre?

O critério inicial para participação em nossos processos seletivos é a formatura da graduação. No processo atual, estamos recrutando estudantes com formatura entre dezembro/2021 e dezembro/2022.

Por se tratar de uma vaga com atuação específica em nossos projetos, é necessário ter experiência (não apenas profissional, como também de estudos durante o período acadêmico, de forma autodidata ou similares) em ciência de dados, com destaques em: 

• Data Analytics (manipulação de dados em Python ou R) 
• Análises Preditivas
• Problemas de Otimização

Quais são as etapas do processo de Analytics Intern?

O processo atual é composto de prova, teste voltado à área de Analytics e uma série de entrevistas com consultores da Kearney. Todas as etapas serão feitas à distância e online.

Até quando posso realizar minha inscrição e quando acontecerá a primeira etapa do processo?

O prazo máximo para inscrições em nosso processo é 10 de setembro, quinta-feira. A primeira etapa acontecerá no início da segunda quinzena de setembro. Ao realizar seu application, você precisará escolher uma data e horário de preferência para a realização da prova online dentre duas opções.

Não estou estudando em São Paulo, mas tenho o perfil para Analytics Intern. Posso me candidatar ao processo?

Sim, desde que tenha a possibilidade de estar em São Paulo quando as atividades do escritório se tornarem presenciais. Atualmente, a Kearney tem seguido protocolos rígidos de preservação da saúde e segurança de todos os seus times. Contudo, quando o cenário de segurança estiver sob um alto nível de confiança, será necessário iniciar a rotina de visitas a clientes e outras interações ao vivo (respeitando um modelo de agendas flexíveis de nossos estagiários, com grande foco nos estudos e no desempenho acadêmico). What We Seek

There is no standard model for Kearney Analytics Interns. We are looking for talented problem-solvers who are ready to integrate as full members of the client team. Analytics Interns are expected to contribute ideas, opinions, and new information. The following qualifications are preferred:

• Strong academic excellence and enrolled in a bachelor’s or non-masters’ advanced degree, with graduation date between December 2021 and December 2022
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
• Forward-thinking and collaborative approach to problem solving
• Knowledge in Data Science platforms and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
