Kearney, Senior Coordinator, HR – Onboarding, Dubai office (6 months FTC)
About the job
As the senior onboarding coordinator for our Dubai office, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires. You will lead the onboarding activities and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
You will serve as a key point of contact for new employees to guide them through their initial journey within the company.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager in Dubai, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original.
This role is a 6-months fixed term contract to provide maternity cover.
Key responsibilities
• Oversee and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (Including relocation services)
• Develop and refine onboarding materials and processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR, Immigration, IT, recruitment, and all areas involved on onboarding to ensure all necessary resources and tools are prepared for new hires.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process.
• Schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions for all ranks (MS and MC included seniors)
• Maintain clear and timely communication with new hires, addressing questions and concerns.
Documentation and Compliance
• Ensure all required documents, such as employment contracts and VISAs, are completed and stored securely.
• Maintain compliance with legal and company-specific onboarding requirements.
• Monitor and update onboarding tracker and systems.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for new employees.
• Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process.
• Organize and facilitate activities to integrate new hires into the company culture.
• Partner with HR team members to align onboarding efforts with overall talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor onboarding experiences to departmental needs.
• Act as a mentor or resource for junior onboarding coordinators, providing guidance and support.
- Track onboarding metrics, such as completion rates and new hire satisfaction Increase visibility on staffing opportunities and drive employee awareness on effective staffing strategies.
- Actively protect training and leave planning of employees.
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments for onboarding events, ensuring alignment with company culture.
- Coordinate additional requirements for seniors’ new joiners.

We want to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or finance is preferred.
- Have 3+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment.
- Prior experience in onboarding a large number of new joiners is a plus.
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Have ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a challenging, fast-paced, and growth environment.
- Have ability to communicate with all levels of staff; displays customer service-oriented behavior.
- Have appropriate discretion handling confidential information and personal data.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Have organizational and prioritizing skills, problem solving.
- Are proficient in general Windows and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat
- Have knowledge of HR Systems (preferably People Soft, SAP)
- Have ability to conduct internet research.
- Have ability to design and develop spreadsheets and utilize the Firm’s technical tools.
