Manage and coach consultants and analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and strong team development.
Develop executive-ready materials, including business cases, steering committee updates, roadmaps, and value tracking.
Contribute to proposals, solution design, and business development as we grow Prokura’s Middle East platform.
Work with Prokura and Kearney teams across geographies, combining specialist depth with broader transformation capability.
This is a role for someone who is looking for a step change in responsibility: client ownership, team leadership, implementation impact, and the opportunity to help shape a fast-growing specialist consultancy in the region.
