As a Principal at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients across industries to understand executive and board-level issues and develop impactful strategies.
• Drive and deliver large-scale transformation programs.
• Maintain long-term relationships with previous clients and proactively develop new relationships through external networking.
• Lead business development efforts with new clients, with a visible role in client meetings and presentations.
• Develop marketable points of view on business challenges, including the creation of intellectual capital, and proactively share and disseminate with demonstrated applicability to clients.
• Mentor and apprentice junior colleagues, helping them hone and develop their professional skills and experience.
• Lead and develop strategy for at least one firm-building activity, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.
• Actively manage the firm’s financials, business, and staff utilization, as well as determine pricing and negotiate complex contracts for long-term profitability.
