Who you are

After nearly 100 years, we know this business is fundamentally about making connections—between facts, figures, insights, strategies, tools, technologies, and above all, people. That’s why we look for collaborative, insightful, and inquisitive problem-solvers who don’t accept the first thing in front of them and who are always unapologetically themselves.

As a Wireless Networks Expert in the Technology Center of Excellence for Telecom, you will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to telecom Network leaders (CTO, CTO-1) on wireless network strategy, design choices, and investment decisions, with a focus on RAN and radio planning–related topics

  • Bring deep domain expertise in wireless networks in areas such as macro network planning, site-level design considerations, spectrum strategy, capacity and coverage trade-offs, and performance optimization

  • Translate technical radio planning concepts into clear business insights, implications, and recommendations for senior client stakeholders

  • Leverage familiarity with industry-standard radio planning tools, data inputs, and outputs to run high-level analyses, challenge assumptions, interpret results, and guide decision-making

  • Advise on network architecture and evolution topics (e.g., 4G/5G, Open RAN, densification, spectrum refarming), informed by knowledge of leading RAN OEMs and vendor ecosystems

  • Enjoy flexing across adjacent domains such as transport, core, network operations, and IT enablement, reflecting the breadth required in a small expert team

  • Work independently and with broader consulting teams to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, and produce high-quality analyses and client-ready deliverables

  • Manage small client teams and working sessions; communicate confidently and succinctly with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Coach junior and non-expert consultants; contribute to the development of reusable intellectual capital, methodologies, and points of view within the TCOE – manage junior consultant to produce contents

  • Support business development through expert input into proposals, client discussions, and the shaping of new offerings

  • Typically bring significant industry experience in wireless networks (often 10+ years), with demonstrated ability to apply technical expertise in a consulting or advisory context
