The Kearney Academy

The Kearney Academy is the premier recruiting event for the London office. We are looking for applications from both undergraduate and graduate students (master’s or PhD) from any area of study, currently in their penultimate year.

The Kearney Academy will be held from 9th to 11th April 2025. It is our flagship insight programme and will introduce you to life in strategy consulting and the diverse array of work we do across all industries. It’s also a great opportunity to meet our consultants in a fun, informal setting and learn what it’s really like to work at Kearney!

It is a three-day in-person off-site retreat. with all expenses covered. You’ll work in a small group, to solve a case study and present it to partners on the final day. Kearney consultants will support you throughout, providing both formal and informal training and allowing you to get to know our people and the atmosphere we cultivate in the London office. You’ll also get to know our consultants and fellow Academy attendees through our evening socials.

At the end of the event, you’ll receive accreditation for attending the Academy. Outstanding participants will be invited directly to second-round interviews for a permanent graduate role and receive mentoring throughout the application process.

We are interested in applicants from all subject and academic backgrounds who have showcased leadership, ability to collaborate, innovation, and willingness to learn.

·        Can you tell me about a time where you had to break away from conventional approaches and bring innovation to a project, highlighting the most creative aspects of your work?

·        Describe a difficult situation that you encountered in which you didn’t know what to do.
