Requirements

·       At least one year of experience in a fast-paced software product role as a product analyst, data analyst, product owner, or associate product manager.

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or related fields from a Tier-1 Engineering College

·       Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

·       Technical background and a basic understanding of software engineering concept

·       Strong communicator with a talent for building connections and resolving conflicts effectively

·       Positive, can-do attitude; proactive, highly motivated self-starter

 

Job responsibilities

·       Collaborate closely with the team’s leadership in developing, launching, and optimizing procurement products, features, and solutions

·       Contribute to market and customer research projects to inform product strategies

·       Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in AI product development, with a focus on Generative AI

·       Utilize hypothesis-based testing to discover product needs and conduct brainstorming workshops to identify requirements

·       Communicate product requirements effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate on feature concepts and write product briefs

·       Develop proof-of-concept models for potential product features

·       Collaborate with designers and developers to bring product concepts to fruition

·       Drive sprint planning and prioritization for new feature development

·       Oversee Minimum-viable-product (MVP) release cycles, in “Agile” fashion, with prioritized features to meet consultant and client needs
