Salesforce Director of Client Solutions, Sales

As a Director of Client Solutions, you will play an integral role in driving new business growth for Kearney Activate. This is a highly client-facing role for someone who is energized by building trusted relationships, shaping commercial opportunities, and expanding the Kearney Activate brand in the market.

What you will do

  • Provide expertise and direction across the Kearney Activate sales process, partnering closely with practice leadership and consulting team members

  • Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with Salesforce field organizations and prospective clients

  • Present Kearney Activate’s capabilities, experience, and value proposition to prospective clients while reinforcing our broader Salesforce partnership

  • Develop and deliver high-quality thought leadership, sales materials, and proposals

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting, ensure consistent opportunity nurture cadence, and uphold strong CRM hygiene by capturing activities and follow-ups in Salesforce

  • Stay current on new Salesforce product offerings and position them strategically in sales pursuits

  • Plan for and participate in select Salesforce events with clear objectives to maximize lead generation and return on investment

  • Consistently meet and exceed services sales targets

Who you are

  • You bring 8+ years of experience successfully selling Salesforce solutions and services

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment

  • You have established relationships with Salesforce field sales and partner enablement teams

  • You have a proven ability to navigate prospect organizations and influence key decision-makers and executive stakeholders

  • You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • You demonstrate strong personal drive and a disciplined work ethic

  • You are comfortable selling in a remote environment using screen-sharing and video technology

  • You are able to travel up to 20–25%

 

Comp Rang: 160-185k base+ plus commissionIt is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
