You will be based in one of our European, North American or Middle East Offices as part of our Sustainability practice. You will work with a group of Kearney Consultants that are actively working to solve strategic sustainability topics.
Example of work you will do includes shaping & managing successful transformations & transactions by engaging the entire ecosystem of stakeholders, helping organizations transition to net zero emissions by decarbonizing value chains and capitalizing on new commercial opportunities, helping clients tackle resource scarcity and eliminating end-of-life waste by
reducing, re-using and recycling, etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop models
- Perform complex analyses
- Formulate and test hypotheses
- Work on research assignments at both the office and client sites
- Develop and communicate recommendations in collaboration with client team members

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $103,000. However, it is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
