The Health Practice teams with companies across biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, distributors and pharmacies, payers and providers, and consumer health to address their strategic and operational issues.

Who you are

  • Insightful, inquisitive, collaborative
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have experienced working in or alongside clients in the following industries:
  • Life Sciences – Pharmaceuticals, Biotech and Medical Devices 
  • Healthcare Supply Chain 
  • Bioengineering 
  • Payer 
    •  
    • Provider - Hospital/Clinic Operations 
  • Functional experience in Strategic Operations, Strategy and Operating Model Transformations is preferred
  • Be located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C. or Toronto  
  • Fluent in English

 

Role-specific requirements:

  • Business Analyst:
    • Undergraduate degree with 0-2 years of professional experience
    • Experienced working as a Management Consultant preferred, but not required
  • Senior Business Analyst:
    • Non-MBA advanced degree preferred with 3-5 years of professional experience
    • Experienced working as a Management Consultant preferred, but not required
  • Associate:
    • MBA degree preferred with 5-10 years of professional experience
    • Experienced working as a Management Consultant strongly preferred
