OVERVIEW OF THE KOS MANAGER ROLE:

We are seeking a high-impact consultant to lead the development and execution of innovative digital procurement solutions and drive digital transformation engagements. This role will play a pivotal part in transforming procurement functions for leading global organizations by defining transformation strategies, end-to-end digital solution build and delivery, and working across a diverse ecosystem of engineers, designers, consultants, and client stakeholders

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Procurement Digital Transformation

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across procurement value chains (source-to-contract, procure-to-pay).
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to assess existing procurement systems, identify process inefficiencies, and craft data-driven digital roadmaps.
  • Drive successful implementation of solutions such as GenAI-powered sourcing, negotiation automation, contract analytics, and predictive procurement insights.

2. Understanding of Procure-Tech Landscape

  • Evaluate and recommend best-of-breed technologies for procurement orchestration, sourcing, category management, invoicing, and supplier management.
  • Conduct in-depth gap assessments of clients’ application landscapes, focusing on both technical and functional dimensions.
  • Maintain active knowledge of evolving procure-tech trends, including GenAI tools, SaaS platforms, and industry-specific solutions.

3. Building Business & Product Requirement Documents (BRDs, PRDs)

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business needs and translate them into structured BRDs and PRDs.
  • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle — from ideation and market analysis to release and scale.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or similar, working closely with UI/UX designers.

4. Defining User Flows and Product Vision

  • Design and articulate detailed user journeys, personas, and experience maps to ensure intuitive user experiences.
  • Define product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives, balancing technical feasibility and business impact.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and lead sprint planning with cross-functional teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  1. 3–6 years of experience in product management, consulting, or digital procurement transformation roles.
  2. Demonstrated track record of delivering digital procurement products, ideally with global consulting firms or ProcureTech startups.
  3. Deep understanding of procurement workflows, analytics, savings levers, and sourcing strategies.
  4. Hands-on experience writing BRDs/PRDs and translating client pain points into actionable digital solutions.
  5. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred), sourcing platforms, and spend analytics tools.
  6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a global mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Experience leading GenAI-enabled solution development in procurement.
  2. Prior exposure to building or scaling B2B SaaS products in the procurement space.
  3. MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution with specialization in Operations, Supply Chain, or Strategy.
  4. Engineering or technical undergraduate background is a plus.

WHY JOIN US?

• Work with leaders in procurement transformation and drive tangible impact at scale.

• Be at the forefront of building GenAI-powered SaaS solutions in a rapidly evolving domain.

• Collaborate in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment with a strong culture of innovation and mentorship.
